A community photography project where children document their island while becoming the next generation of lagoon carers.

Coral Kids is a long-term community photography project based in Aitutaki, Cook Islands. Through photography, storytelling, and coral restoration, children create a living visual archive of their homes, families, community, and lagoon while documenting their own journey as lagoon carers.
